What is Agoy?

 

Agoy is a metaphysical mind-body practice that clears the energetic systems of your body. It’s most effect when practised in a group class.

What to expect:
  • Agoy’s group class is led by an experienced instructor.

  • You’ll be guided through various simple techniques that include gentle movement and connecting within.

  • The class progresses through various movements, accompanying sounds and instructions that guide your focus inward through different parts of your body.

  • By the end of class, you should feel relaxed and clear.

Who this is for:

Agoy is an easy gentle practice that helps you relax, feel clear and content. It's intended as a weekly class to help you maintain peace and fulfilment. So, this class is for...

John’s vision was to combine movement, sound, colour and energy into a simple, powerful practice.

The core of the practice is centred around softly focusing on 7 areas of the body in succession.

The goal is to clear  stress, control your life and be an agent of positive change in this world.
